Returns and Refund Policy

No returns are allowed. However, if the product received is damaged/defective/Wrong, then please report the issue to our customer support team within 24 hrs of delivery.

At Uphaar The Gift Center, we strive to deliver quality products. However, we do not accept returns. In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report the issue to our customer support within 48 hours of delivery, along with a clear image of the product.

Resolution Options:

You can choose from the following options:

  1. Replacement – We will re-deliver the correct product.
  2. Original Payment Refund – Amount will be credited back to your account within 7-10 business days, as per banking timelines.

No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

  • The delivery address provided by the sender is incorrect.
  • The recipient is unavailable or refuses to accept the order.
  • Product damage occurs due to mishandling after delivery.
  • Perishable items such as cakes, chocolates, or customized gifts are delivered and later disputed.

Additional Notes:

  • Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery; post this period, we won’t be able to process claims.
  • Non-delivery complaints must be reported within 15 days of the expected delivery date.
  • In some cases, we may arrange a reverse pickup before processing a replacement.
  • No product exchanges are allowed.
  • If we are unable to fulfill your order or a part of it, we will notify you and issue a refund for the undelivered items.

Refunds will be processed after verification via email or phone call. Once initiated, it may take 10-15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on banking policies.
